Brewing Steps

Follow these steps to get the very best from your infusion:

• Quantity: 2,5 g of tea (or 1 scoop of our perfect cup tea spoon) for a 200 ml cup

• Water Temp: 100°C

• Infusion time: 2-5 minutes

Our Tip

Figs and dates tend to release their natural sugars and pulp at the bottom of the cup during infusion. Before removing the filter, use a spoon to gently press the leaves and fruit against the side of the strainer, then stir the infusion well. This small gesture will release an incredible honeyed sweetness—dense and enveloping—making any added sugar unnecessary.
An extra idea: Thanks to the imposing structure of the Assam tea, this blend pairs beautifully with a splash of milk (dairy or oat). By adding it once the infusion is complete, the notes of date and cinnamon will bind with the milk, creating a creamy drink reminiscent of traditional Jordanian desserts.
