    Can I modify or cancel an order after it’s been placed?

    What does the DE-ÖKO-039 certification guarantee?

    This code is your guarantee of safety and transparency. It certifies that every one of our blends and teas meets the strictest German and European organic standards. This means the tea you drink is pure, regularly tested throughout the entire supply chain, and grown without pesticides or synthetic chemicals.

    Why is Erinora tea different from supermarket brands?

    Unlike industrial tea bags, we exclusively select premium-grade whole leaves. Whole leaves not only preserve superior aromas and health benefits, but also allow for multiple infusions from the same serving. It is an investment in your well-being that offers a much richer and longer-lasting sensory experience.

    What if I don’t like the taste of the tea?

    We know that choosing tea online is a matter of trust and senses. If a blend doesn't quite meet your expectations, don’t keep it to yourself: write to me at info@erinora.com. Your satisfaction is at the heart of Erinora, and we will find the best solution together—whether it's advice on how to brew it perfectly or a different blend more suited to your taste.     Where do you ship to?

    We currently ship to the following countries:Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Republic of Cyprus, and Austria.

    What are the shipping costs and is there a free shipping option?

    • Germany: €5.90 (Free on orders over €39).
    • Rest of Europe (where we ship): €14.50 (Free on orders over €59).

    Which carriers do you use and how long does delivery take?

    We ship via leading European carriers (DHL, Hermes, DPD, or GLS) to ensure speed and reliability.

    • Germany: Delivery in 1-2 business days.

    • Rest of Europe: Delivery in 2-5 business days.

    Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.

    How long does it take to prepare my order before it is shipped? 

    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days once payment is confirmed.

    How can I track my order or what should I do if it doesn’t arrive?

    You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your package is handed over to the carrier.

    If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@erinora.com with your order number, and we will follow up with the carrier immediately.

    Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

    If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can request a change to the shipping address by contacting us via the contact form as soon as possible.

    Do you offer express shipping?

    Express shipping is not currently available, but we plan to introduce this option in the future.

    How do returns and the right of withdrawal work?

    As a consumer, you have a legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

    • Procedure: To exercise this right, you must inform us via a clear statement (e.g., an email to info@erinora.com).

    • Costs: Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, as stated in our cancellation policy.

    • Refunds: Once the return is received and its condition is verified, we will refund the amount paid (excluding any extra costs from choosing a non-standard express delivery).
