Sensory Profile

• Intensity: 3/5 (delicate yet persistent).

• Bitterness: 2/5 (moderate and balanced). The herbaceous base of Chun Mee green tea and the tartness of hibiscus create a pleasant contrast with the fruity sweetness of cherry and the enveloping roundness of almond.

• Dominant Notes: Juicy and fruity (cherry, sour cherry), sweet and round (bitter almond) with a fresh, slightly tart finish (hibiscus).

• Caffeine: Present (medium-low content). Provides clean energy and moderate mental stimulation, ideal for keeping the mind active without the jitters typical of coffee.

Brewing Steps

Follow these steps to get the very best from your infusion:

• Quantity: 2,5-3 g of tea (or 2 scoops with our perfect cup tea spoon) for a 200 ml cup  

• Water: 60°–65°C 

• Brewing Time: 2 minutes

Our Tip

To avoid burning the delicate leaves of this blend, never use boiling water at 100°C. If you do not have a kitchen thermometer, simply remove the water from the heat before the first bubbles begin to form.
In summer: Try it cold! Place 15 grams of Sakura in a liter of room-temperature water and let it rest in the refrigerator for 6–8 hours. You will get a deeply refreshing drink with a beautiful pink hue—thanks to the beetroot and hibiscus—that is naturally sweet without any added sugar.

While you will always find a "Best Before" date printed on the packaging for regulatory compliance, tea is a dry product that doesn't expire in the traditional sense.

Beyond this date, the brew remains 100% safe to enjoy; however, the most delicate top notes and original aromas may become softer and less intense compared to a freshly packed batch.
