Brewing Steps

Follow these steps to get the very best from your infusion:

• Quantity: 2–3 g (approx. 2 scoops of our perfect cup tea spoon) per 200 ml cup

• Water Temperature: 75°–80°C

• Brewing Time: 2–3 minutes

Our Tip

Green and white tea leaves are highly delicate and rich in tannins, natural compounds that react strongly to heat. Avoiding boiling water is essential: a temperature that is too high "scorches" the leaves, causing them to release bitter and harsh notes.
If you don't have a kitchen thermometer or a temperature-controlled kettle, simply turn off the heat as soon as you see the first tiny bubbles rising from the bottom (when the water begins to shimmer), well before it reaches a rolling boil.

Our teas and infusions retain their full freshness and aromatic profile for up to two years when stored in an airtight, opaque container in a cool, dry place away from direct light, moisture, or strong odours.

While you will always find a "Best Before" date printed on the packaging for regulatory compliance, tea is a dry product that doesn't expire in the traditional sense.

Beyond this date, the brew remains 100% safe to enjoy; however, the most delicate top notes and original aromas may become softer and less intense compared to a freshly packed batch.
