Brewing Steps

Follow these steps to get the very best from your infusion:

• Quantity: 2,5–3 g of tea (or 2 scoops with our perfect cup tea spoon) for a 200 ml cup

• Water: 70°C–80°C

• Infusion time: 2–3 minutes

Our Tip

Lavender flowers are rich in essential oils that benefit the nervous system, but they extract quickly. Respect the 3-minute steep time: if left too long, they might overpower the sweetness of the peach and vanilla, resulting in a slightly bitter finish.
An extra idea: This blend is an absolute masterpiece when cold-brewed in summer (6 hours in the fridge). If you want to surprise your guests during a summer garden party, serve it cold with an ice cube and a sprig of fresh rosemary: the combination of lavender, peach, and the balsamic note of rosemary is pure Provençal magic.

Our teas and infusions retain their full freshness and aromatic profile for up to two years when stored in an airtight, opaque container in a cool, dry place away from direct light, moisture, or strong odours.

While you will always find a "Best Before" date printed on the packaging for regulatory compliance, tea is a dry product that doesn't expire in the traditional sense.

Beyond this date, the brew remains 100% safe to enjoy; however, the most delicate top notes and original aromas may become softer and less intense compared to a freshly packed batch.
