    Where do you ship to?

    We currently ship to the following countries:Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Republic of Cyprus, and Austria.

    What are the shipping costs?

    For shipments within Germany, the shipping cost is €5,90.

    For all other countries we ship to (Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Republic of Cyprus, and Austria), the shipping cost is €14,50.

    Which courier do you use for shipping?

    We ship all orders with DHL, ensuring reliable and fast delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

    How soon is my order shipped after I place it?

    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

    How long does shipping take?

    For deliveries within Germany, orders typically arrive within 1-2 working days after dispatch.

    For deliveries to other European countries, shipping usually takes 2-3 working days after dispatch.

    Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or peak periods.

    Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over €39 for deliveries within Germany and €59 for orders to other countries we ship to. The free shipping option will automatically apply at checkout if your order qualifies.

    Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

    Do you offer express shipping?

    Express shipping is not currently available, but we plan to introduce this option in the future.
