Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day:

• on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods;  
• on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item in the order;  
• on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last unit;  
• on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the first item, in the case of a contract for regular delivery of goods over a defined period of time.  

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us – Erinora, Erika Lovisetto – of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned at your own expense to the following address:

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
